Michelle was a compassionate and understanding therapist. She quickly grasped and understood the root cause of my anxiety and was able to make my thoughts and views feel validated in a non judgemental way and with kindness. Her techniques have given me skills to apply this compassion and understanding to myself and with the practical skills learned continue to support myself long term.
