Counsellor

Therapies I Provide:

Who I Work With:

As an Integrative counsellor I have been counselling adults since 2006 and for many years I also counselled 11-18yr olds. Currently I work with young adults (14+), adults and older adults.

I work with a very wide range of psychological issues and my client groups include Neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, ADHD and couples. Whatever the issue, I aim to empower the client by using techniques and strategies, appropriate to the client’s issues, which build into a definable framework that the client can use whilst in therapy, and afterwards, to maintain or continue to build upon their resilience and progression.

Whatever issues or problems you wish to overcome, you can be assured of a confidential, non-judgemental, specifically tailored counselling approach and a warm welcome.

Since qualifying, I have worked in both private practice and charitable settings, offering support with issues such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and begin to make meaningful change.

I am committed to delivering high quality therapy and regularly engage in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to maintain safe and ethical practice. I bring compassion, insight, and a flexible approach to my work, helping clients gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of self.
