Academic Performance & Exam Resilience Programme (CBT)
Perform at your best when it matters most.
High-stakes exams demand more than knowledge.
They require composure, clarity, and psychological resilience under pressure.
The FWT Academic Performance & Exam Resilience Programme is a live, clinician-led online programme designed to help high-achieving students strengthen their performance mindset, manage exam anxiety, and build sustainable academic resilience.
