We work with self-funding clients, private medical insurers, rehab companies, solicitors, and employers. We have a reputation for achieving good clinical outcomes with our clients and they tell us that they would recommend us to their friends and family.

Since leaving the NHS in October 2015 Michelle has worked full time in her private practice business.
New Opportunities
Michelle says ‘ after 27 years of working in mental health services, I can honestly say that I still love my job and the fact that I help people to improve their lives. I set up my business as I wanted to have more flexibility in my life and to be able to focus on providing effective therapy treatments for clients.
Learning to be a business woman has been an interesting challenge, but one that I relish, with new opportunities to meet and work with individuals and organisations.
A Network Of Therapists
With demand for quality mental services being at a high, we have never been busier and this has led to us establishing a small network of associate therapists, providing a range of evidence-based therapies.
Associate therapists are all registered practitioners and have been chosen to work with us, due to their experience and skill.
What people say about our service
You made me see that not everything is my fault, made me look at the world differently and given me strength that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. For anyone that is sceptical about CBT , don’t be its changed my life and it will yours. Thank you.

I have found my CBT sessions very helpful following my RTA. I can honestly say I didn’t think therapy would help, but I have been proved wrong!! I am a much more relaxed driver and passenger now.

I started my therapy experience not really knowing what the cause was of my Emetophobia and how I was going to manage it. We discussed treatment options of CBT and EMDR. I have been amazed how much of a positive effect it has had on me and I would never have thought that possible childhood trauma was partly at the route of my issue. I have learnt to manage my reactions to being uncomfortable in situations better and do not avoid going to places so much. I feel better able to cope with my fears and am confident this will continue to improve having been given the tools to help myself.

Michelle was a compassionate and understanding therapist.
She quickly grasped and understood the root cause of my anxiety and was able to make my thoughts and views feel validated in a non judgemental way and with kindness.
Her techniques have given me skills to apply this compassion and understanding to myself and with the practical skills learned continue to support myself long term.
It has been a life changing process.

EMDR helped me to undo my past (Birth trauma) so that I could focus on a better future. Looking back I can now see that the births of my children were traumatic and that I had tried to block them out as they were too distressing. Talking and processing the distressing memories helped me to reduce this and also to lift my depression. I would encourage all women to seek help and to be honest about their feelings.
